is there some reason for discontinuing the format of the first verse... with the breakdown of all the words etc ? it was SUCH a wonderful way to study the shlokas !!! Alternatively, can you suggest a book / article / website etc where i may find the same ?

Pranamam Krishna ji, I learn a lot from your You Tube videos (avahana mudras etc.) and also read all most all the articles you published here, in fact i have written an email to on some request. I would like to get introduced both into Mantra and Tantra (ritual), And either Dakshinahara or Samayachara. Kindly guide me any true Sri Vidya schools (the ones which are not money or materialistic minded, i dont spending money, but that should not be the reason my guru is teaching me). Also i would like to contribute to this site as there is a lot of good information being published for the benefit of all. Good should prevail, spread, propogate. Namaskaram

Hello, I found a great addition to Vishnu Sahasranam here https://www.kamakotimandali.com/stotra/stotra_index.html. The document is called Purusha Sukta Nyasa https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CnKSaOr2P7pIHYbBz50ImeRX7jbVd3t-/view?usp=drivesdk. It says that before reading Vishnu Sahasranam itself it is better to do Purusha Sukta Nyasa then the merits of reading Sahasranam will increase many times over. If you have free time please post this Nyasa on your website. Mahārudraśakti Nyāsa and Dvādaśamūrti-panjara Nyāsa are also published on this site (https://www.kamakotimandali.com/stotra/stotra_index.html). If you have free time, please publish these Nyasas for the benefit of all readers of your site.

In point number II, breathing should be done with alternate nostrils. In other words, if you inhale through left nostril, right nostril should be closed, etc. But in point number III, breathing should be done with both nostrils open. No nostril should be closed.

Hello, please explain what point 3 ,, lll '' means, which says that the process must be repeated for 2 open nostrils. But in point 2 ,, ll '' both nostrils are already involved, what exactly does point 3 ,, lll '' require? Nāḍi Śodhana Prāṇāyāma referred to in point 2 ,, ll '' already involved 2 - in the nostrils what then to do in paragraph 3 ? Тhanks for the answer.

Pranayama that we practice during mantra japa is different. It is mild and for a shorter duration. In the case of Kundalini, breathing is accompanied by bandhas and mudras. When you do mantra japa regularly along with pranayama, Kundalini may ascend on its own. But, we should not forcefully raise such vibrations and allow it to take its own course.
