Akulapadma is below mūlādhāra, in the perineum. Kulapadma is said to be subtle and is above sahasrara. Mahābindu is above this.

Thank you. Does it mean that Akulapadma resides at the perinium (i.e. the base of Kundalini) and Kulapadma say 1 feet above head (some say this as Turya) and Mahabindu is located just above to Kulapadma?

There is always confusion here. Kula is Śakti and akula (no kula) is Śiva. Akulapadma is below mūlādhāra and akulapadma has also 1000 petal lotus. It is said that that kulapadma is just above sahasrara.Mahābindu is also above sahasrara and is also known as unmanā.

In the above "akulapadma, mūlādhāra, svādhiṣṭhāna, maṇipūraka, anāhata, viśuddhi, ājñā, sahasrāra and mahābindu", where are the akulapadma and mahabindu located. Is it outside our body?
