Hello sirI wanted to know why my Vishnu granthi is not able to open. Is it because of my lower chakras or anhatta chakra?I have been continually doing these bandhs from the past 3 months. And I know how to do them properly. And I will continue to do them . In addition, I will again start concentrating on my ajna chakra which I had stopped ( as you suggested)Thank you

If you are not able to practice this, you can leave this and move forward. Concentrate more on ajna chakra and a fully activated ajna chakra will open and balance all the lower chakras.

Thanks. Sayanacharya mentions this verse as 'gama prasiddha' while commenting on the 'tat puruṣāya vidmahe vakratuṇḍāya dhīmahi, tanno dantiḥ prachodayāt' mantra in the Mahanarayana upanishad. Hence my curiosity. regards

This is the commonly used dhyana verse for Mahaganapati. May be this would have been taken from Prapanchasara.

I would like to know the source of this Mahaganapati mantra that you have stated in this blog:बीजपूर गदेक्षु कार्मुकरुजा चक्राब्ज पाशोत्पल व्रीह्यग्र स्वविषाण रत्न कलश प्रोद्यत् कराम्भोरुहः।ध्येयो वल्लभया सपद्मकरया श्लिष्टोज्ज्वलद्भूषया विश्वोत्पत्ति विपत्ति संस्थितिकरो विग्नेश इष्टार्थदः॥This shloka is in Prapanchasāra of Shankaracharya in the 13th chapter. Is this shloka taken from the Prapanchasara or is it in some other text? Kindly give references. Thanks

Both are good to chant. But LS is more powerful than the other as it was rendered in the presence of Lalitambika.

Sir which is good to chant...lalitha sahasranamam or lakshmi sahasranamam
