normally it is told that for persons entering the detachment stage from the grahastha and yet another pada is there for sanyasi to keepit chanting by dipping the head in water 100000times and i am told this chanting takes away all the kamakrodha and attachments. Please clarify and also let us know the other poada of gayathri for sanyasis.

Stotram is always better. Namavali should not be recited without archana. The advantage with the stotram is that we can chant mentally anytime of the day.

Thank you so much Guruji. I asked a few pandits here who said it should not be read at home.

Is this what you are referring to?यत् पुरुषं yat puruṣaṁ. This I have corrected just now.

First you please approach a Guru in your area. Mantras are not only meant for satiating our desires, but also for our spiritual evolution. There is no need to fast or to sleep on the floor. If you relocate, you can continue from where you have left in your previous place.

The error in the Sanskrit word 1. 9 ( not in the 4th) is to be corrected as "tasmaat". In Our tradition of Kanve Shakha of Shukla Yajurveda, we find " Shriscate" Shri is is for Laksmi, not "Hriscate". Is it in Krsna yajurveda?

The error in the first word of the 4th Mantra requires correction
