Thank you Sir for your prompt response to my mail. I recite Devi Khadgamala everyday. are there any norms that we need to follow during the process.Is there a special puja that we need to do for Sree chakra. Pls let me know. Thank you!

Total number of repetitions prescribed for performing purascharana for this mantra is 400,000. Generally, one will feel the effect of any mantra after approximately after 25,000 counts. Per day count depends upon our convenience. You can modify panchpuja as mentioned by your uncle. This is perfectly fine.

How many times should one recite this mantra for health benefit... I have started this mantra as per the above mentioned system without initiation, except in pancha pooja my grandfather has taught me vam apathmane jalam kalyan as I enquire with my uncle regarding this. For that he said as we r from apasthamba sutra so that's why we follow this system. Kindly throw light on the same

No, it is not like that. Sri Vidya is worshiping Her, which has its own sets of mantras. Khadgamala is worshiping Devis residing in Sri Chakra attending on Her.

Sir, i have heard that we need to read srivdya mantra before reciting lalitha sahasranamam. Is srividya mantra nonthing but khadgamala stotram?

As I said in the article, Gāyatrī mantra has two parts. One is vyāhṛti-s. The first OM belongs only to these vyāhṛti-s. The second part contains Vedic mantra and any Vedic mantra should begin with OM. Hence there are two OMs.

No, it is not mandatory to chant LS before Sri Chakra/Meru. If Sri Chakra is kept in puja, then it should be properly consecrated.

Sir, is it manadatory to recite lalitha sahasranamam before shree chakra ? I have been reciting it on Fridays but without shree chakra and I have also heard having shree chakra at home needs certain rules , is that true ? Please advice

Make pranayama a part of your daily life. These issues will go away. Fast heat beat is nothing to do with recitation of LS.
