Yes, you can do japa as presented. There is no need for idols, etc to perform japa.

Can this japa be done as presented? Do I need an idol, incense and a lamp, for example? Is there anything that needs to be done before or after doing the japa? Many thanks in advance for any additional help.

The best of articles from our esteemed teacher. Namaste Ravi. One of the important points is that eventually meditation itself is also renounced when we reach perpetual bliss state.

Guruji Namaste, Pranams, you have written many great articles and this articles is definitely one of the best articles. Thank you for such an amazing article. This article will definitely make a student introspect whether he is progressing or regressing. You are absolutely right that many students go to different workshops, practise many mantras and meditation techniques. An eye opener for all of us.

I am sorry. It is a typographical error. It should read like this. "One has to be totally involved with a particular verse or series of verses."

"One has to be totally involved with a particular verse of series of verses." What does this mean exactly?

"ha" for exhalation and "sa" for inhalation. In this, we have to watch our breath only.
