Why not? You know living exmaples who are very well known to us. But it is wrong to expect samadhi stage early. Over a period of time, one can experience samadhi, provided sincere practice is followed.  But the initial impetus is mvoing away from duality to non-duality. Secondly, firm conviction that we are following the right path is essential.

Just one question. Is it really possible to reach the state that is mentioned here? Meaning even when alive the realization is so immense that the person does not see himself nor sees the object but just exists as in the state of Samadhi where nothing exists?

This verse says that if we are able to contemplate Her and meditate on Her, we attain Divine Grace, which is reflected in one's physical body, particularly his face. Remember the old saying "face is the index of mind". When we meditate on Her with sincerity and devotion, due to the descent of Her energy, face begins to glow and this attracts many people towards the one who practices so.

Does this verse suggest the mere CHANTING of this verse doesn't produce the desired effect (the attractive form), the verse is saying the contemplation of her red form is what gives the effect. I think the same goes for Verse 19, it's not the chanting of the sloka that produces results like most of the Soundarya Lahari, the verse is saying meditating on a particular form of Devi IS what generates the results of the sloka. Is this right?

OM is not a mantra. It is Brahman Himself, from which everything else orginates. Hence there is no purascharana for OM.

Is there any purascarana for OM mantra. Like 1 million 10 million etc. Since this is such a powerful mantra is there any guidelines for this? Ie for purascarana

What does it mean when it says "able to agitate the three worlds with sun and moon as breasts"?? What is this suggesting? I'm GUESSING the three worlds with sun and moon as breasts represent heavenly, supernatural females? Is it suggesting the person becomes attractive enough to agitate the "mind" of divine females like celestials and goddesses???
