Thank you Krishnaji. What about the Shatanamavali?

We are not affiliated with any ashram, but do encourage sādhakas to explore and find their suitable gurus. Other reputed sites like Sri Vidya Peedom in Kerala, Bhaskara Prakasha Ashram, Devipuram, Sriamba.org of Shri Ramesh Kutticad Guruji, Shri Krishna ji of Medhayoga and Brahma Vidya Vimarshini Sabha of Shri Prathap ji of Bengaluru are some sites/gurus that I can personally recommend. There is of course no substitute to learning directly from a guru to help answer any doubts and questions that one may have. Do reach out in social groups and forums to seek advice from other seekers and make the right decision. Always consider starting small and going about this very slowly. Graha mantras maybe most suiable for 99% of all our issues. Following which, one must consider the worship of the deities that are consistently worshipped in their family for generations and more importantly, the deity one feels the closest connection with. Śrīvidyā sādhana is for those who have a very deep desire to explore the spiritual realms and attain self-realization. Please don't fall into the trap of bhoga and mokṣa that this sādhana promises. Not that it does not deliver, but the spiritual quest will dwarf the material and one can easily get very disillusioned without a proper guru to guide them forward. Tread cautiously, is the only advice that I can offer.

Make an effort to learn the meanings of the 1000 attributes of Śrī Lalitā Devī and She will guide you further to a suitable guru. Śrīvidyā is an ocean and understanding the many aspects of this sacred knowledge takes time and a lot of effort. Chanting the Mahāṣoḍaśī mantra is a very advanced state of Śrīvidyā and there are even higher stages associated with medhā and nirvāṇa dīkṣas that very few undertake after many years of sādhana, accompanied with a very deep spiritual understanding and elevation. There are many simpler sādhanas for obtaining material benefits that help us lead a contended life. Very serious spiritual seekers should undertake the journey of Śrīvidyā sādhana which also requires many sacrifices to be made in the journey, as one can get easily disillusioned with the material objectives and also get frustrated with the progress they are making in their spiritual journey, as it is extremely difficult to assess where they are. The reasons are many and the need for a guru in higher spiritual paths such as these, cannot be dispensed with.

Your best option is to seek a guru who can guide you through the process and fulfill your spiritual quest. There is also an elaborate dikbandhana for this Mahāvidyā which should also be followed from time to time. Do not forget to include the worship of Her yantra, kavacam etc to ensure that the sādhana is consistent with the recommended practices. Devotion to the deity is a must and since you have it, you should now seek a guru who is able to guide you through this process. It is best to find a guru from whom you can learn in person, as some of these practices may require in person guidance for easier understanding and doubt clarification etc. Note that this is applicable to all higher spiritual practices like the Mahāvidyā sādhanas.

The Buddhist initiation and practice is sufficient to recite this stotram and the attributes associated with it. You may go ahead and recite.

Thank you Guruji for the knowledge shared. Can a person devotionally chant only 'uttiṣṭha puruṣi kiṃ svapiṣi bhayaṃ ca me samupasthitaṃ yadi-śakyam-aśakyaṃ-vā tanme bhagavati śamaya svāhā ।' ?? Or is it compulsory to follow the procedure from the beginning? Please guide.

Safest option is to chant Gayatri mantra around 1000 times a day, Gayatri has very good effect in smoothening ones life. But consistency is the key

Undoubtedly Raviji has been a great soul, he tried to make it easy for people to connect with the mother by creating this great website. However despite of all his efforts, still it's difficult to get initiated into Sri Vidya Sadhana. We need a Prabhupad who could make Shodashi chanting just like Mahamantra, and immerse whole world into it. Till this day, its still considered a secret vidya, and finding a guru is still difficult for most of us.

Does this and the Śrī Tārā Aṣṭottara Śatanāmāvali require a Tara diksha to recite? And if so, would a Buddhist Tara diksha suffice?
