If we look at these lokas (worlds), they are related to different cosmic planes. Pitṛ loka is the place where our subconscious mind which is attached to a soul sojourn to be born again. If there are no karmic imprints in a subconscious mind, the soul is liberated as there are no karmic imprints to be experienced. Based on this, it can be explained that Self-realization is different from Liberation. Only if one attains Liberation, he or she is not reborn. Even Self-realized persons are also reborn, till they are liberated in subsequent births.

Namaskar Sir, My question is.... How far is pithru loka from Bhoo loka. Within what time the soul reaches pithru loka. How is the time calculated in Pithru loka. As we say our one year is equal to one day to them. is that correct. What will be the nature of life. How do pithrus look like.

Hi I am a bit confused as I notice variations in the final part of the Bala mantra, we have the bheeja mantra as om - aiṁ - klīṁ - sauḥ -- sauḥ - klīṁ - aiṁ -- aiṁ - klīṁ - sauḥ and some sources indicate that the same should conclude as om - aiṁ - klīṁ - sauḥ balayai namah and some as om - aiṁ - klīṁ - sauḥ balayai swaha, could you please expedite. I wish to start practicing Bala with your blessing. Regards Padmanabhan Rao

Practically speaking all these knots will be unblocked when we we practice prana uttarana. Please read this.If ājñā is activated fully, pineal gland gets automatically activated. This is comparatively a safer method, as directly activating ājñā chakra will avert kuṇḍalinī syndrome, as in this method, there are least chances of kuṇḍalinī ascending through either iḍa or piṅgala. Further, in this method kuṇḍalinī is not awakened straightaway, as a result prāṇa first purifies suṣumna to enable kuṇḍalinī at the time of awakening to traverse through suṣumna without any blocks. Prāṇa not only cleanses suṣumna, but also blocks iḍa and piṅgala during ascension of kuṇḍalinī. This action of prāṇa is known as prāṇa-utthāna. There is no need to visualize any linga form. Mere concentration will do. However, without purifying your nadi-s, if kundalini is activated, it will surely cause some problem or other. I request you read the latest series on Kundalini. If you go to manblunder.com, under topics, you will find "Theory and Practice of Kundalini Meditation" Please read the entire series and if you have any specific doubts, please write to me at ravi@manblunder.com
