There is always confusion here. Kula is Śakti and akula (no kula) is Śiva. Akulapadma is below mūlādhāra and akulapadma has also 1000 petal lotus. It is said that that kulapadma is just above sahasrara.Mahābindu is also above sahasrara and is also known as unmanā.

In the above "akulapadma, mūlādhāra, svādhiṣṭhāna, maṇipūraka, anāhata, viśuddhi, ājñā, sahasrāra and mahābindu", where are the akulapadma and mahabindu located. Is it outside our body?

For a mantra like this, you always need a Guru, as there are possibilities of wrong pronunciation. If you know Sanskrit well and if you are not able to get a Guru, then you can have Shiva as your Guru and start chanting this.

Some more important inputs:अं (aṁ) is sanketa of paramasiva. This bindu is known as kama bindu. Due to stringent spandana in this bindu, Visarga evolves. This visarga is also sanketa of paramasiva. From this visarga, misrama bindu evolves. This misrama bindu is Surya and two bindus in visarga are agni and soma. Please note that the main bindu is like that only. There is no change in it. The existing strusti has taken place from three bindus becasue of stingent spandana in main bindu. Here one utmost secret is there and that can be known from guru only (That secret is associated with eight and ninth avarana of Srichakra). From these visarga bindus Harda kala will generate. This harda kala is known as trikona. This trikona is also known as viswa lahari. The sanketa of these three bindus in trikona are as follows: 1.Mandala trayam: Agni, soma and surya2.Guna trayam: Sattva, Rajas and Tamo3.Bija trayam: Vagbhava, Kamaraja and Shakti4.Shakti trayam: Icha, Jnana and Kriya5.Murthi trayam: Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra6.Triputi: Jnana, Jnatru and Jneya

In Other terms is Sakti pata, an energy transfer from the Guru to Student, or is it the awakening of inherent dormant Spiritual power of the aspirant by the Guru or An event when inherent energy (kundalini) getting activated within the body with or without the help of the Guru or is it that Sakti pata is the pervading of the Self on our mind (meaning, a dose of Brahman consciousness on a person depending on his capacity or Self getting pervaded on my mind)
