You can always write to me directly at ravi@manblunder.com Marginally slow down the practice. Cut down the duration of meditation. Head spinning should stop, though it will be there in the beginning. I would strongly suggest that at every step you should be in touch with me or anyone who is well versed in this meditation.

Ravi Sir, Thank you for your prompt reply. Its head spinning only. I felt my surroundings were also spinning along with me in that state. Yes, I follow your suggestion. Thank you once again.

This is perfect. But what is "surroundings were swinging aimless"? Did you feel giddiness, similar to head spinning? Flashes of light and green colour in heart chakra are right. Please go to the next part and cleanse your chakras, as mentioned in part 11. Here, you have to more careful, as this could aggravate head spinning. Beast thing would be to continue with part 10 for few more days. It is advisable to practice part 11 in one go. Whatever doubts you have, please write to me, as it is not good to practice with doubts in our mind.

Dear Ravi Sir, Yesterday I made an attempt at the time suggested by you as per the instructions given in Kundalini Meditation Part 10. After 10 minutes, I experienced a reeling sensation and I felt as if my surroundings were swinging aimless and saw some flashes of light. It became a great struggle to see green colour at heart chakra. I just had a glimpse of faint green shades at heart chakra. This is just my observation.

I don't deserve a thanks from a great soul like you, being a low character. I treat you as Surya (Ravi) who have risen here to tread souls into the path of Vidya. Pranams,

I learn a lot visiting your blog. Thanks for another of your treatise on Kundalini Yoga. You are one of those rare souls who can never have the taint of "Gnana vanchakam". I cannot but admire your postings.
