This is not strange. This is quite common. Mere recitation of LS gives different kind of experience. When you understand the meaning and contemplate Her, your mind becomes more active and this signals that you are ready to enter spiritual path, which alone leads to Liberation. This is nothing to do with energy.

Sir, Namaste. I have a strange doubt. I do not know why, but sometimes I feel exhausted after chanting Lalita sahasram, especially if I visualize the meanings of some names while reciting. Am I not able to handle the energy?

“Om Shivashaktyaikya Rupiniyea Namah:”“Om Sree Lalitambikaye Namah:”My humble salutations to all Amma's children who chants her holy names daily. Goddess Lalitambika has no form especially as you can see from the line that 'Om Viswaroopinyea Namah:" means the whole being is her form. Hence, my humble advice to all her children is that you can chant her name at anywhere at any time if you are alone. She don't want anything from us but she needs a pure mind that has compassion towards the needy and destitute. Also, no need to request anything from her coz she knows exactly want we want since she is the controller of our mind.
