Ṛṇahara Gaṇeśa Stotram (ऋणहरगणेशस्तोत्रम्)
Prologue -
The Gāṇapatyas worship Śrī Mahāgaṇapati as the Supreme Parabrahman denoting the super-consciousness. The same is also highlighted in the Gaṇapatyatharvaśīrṣa upaṇiṣad. In this debt removing storam hymn of Lord Mahāgaṇapati, all five primordial acts (pañcakṛtyas) of Creation (Sṛṣṭi), Sustenance (Sthiti), Destruction (Saṁhāra/Laya), Concealment (Tirodhāna/Anākhya) and Revelation (Anugraha/Bhāsa) are subtly signified and the śloka verses implore Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati to shower His infinite grace upon us, to rid us of all financial and karmic debt forever and lead us to the state of spiritual emancipation or ultimate liberation - mokṣa. This stotram should be recited at dawn, noon and dusk to symbolically bring about a significant change in our lives in tune with the changing light. Recitation spanning six months is expected to yield the desired results when performed with sincerity and deep reverence to the Lord.

Initiation – Required.
Pre-requisites - Śrī Mahāgaṇapati mantra japa initiation or the mantra referenced in this stotram. Guidance from a learned guru is highly recommended.
kailāśaparvate ramye śambhuṃ candrārdhaśekharam ।
ṣaḍāmnāya-samāyuktaṃ papraccha nagakanyakā ॥ 1 ॥
कैलाशपर्वते रम्ये शम्भुं चन्द्रार्धशेखरम् ।
षडाम्नायसमायुक्तं पप्रच्छ नगकन्यका ॥ १ ॥
Seated on the magnificent and splendorous holy Kailāśa mountain and in a very joyful demeanor, the most benevolent Lord Śambhu (Rudra), who bears a crescent moon on His hair locks and denotes the confluence of the six Āmnāya transmissions was asked thus by the Divine Mother Pārvatī -
pārvatyuvāca (पार्वत्युवाच) –
The Divine Mother Pārvatī, the consort of Lord Śambhu spoke -
deveśa parameśāna sarva-śāstrārtha-pāraga ।
upāyaṃ ṛṇa-nāśasya kṛpayā vada sāmpratam ॥ 2 ॥
देवेश परमेशान सर्वशास्त्रार्थपारग ।
उपायं ऋणनाशस्य कृपया वद साम्प्रतम् ॥ २ ॥
O Lord of all gods and Supreme Being, the knower of all scriptures and everything that is revealed and hidden, the knower of all, the Supreme scholar! May you please shower your grace upon me and reveal the secrets of completely vanquishing all types of debts that one may incur and are saddled with?
Śrīśivaḥ (श्रीशिवः) -
samyakpṛṣṭaṃ tvayā bhadre lokānāṃ hitakāmyayā ।
tatsarvaṃ sampravakṣyāmi sāvadhānāvadhāraya ॥ 3 ॥
सम्यक्पृष्टं त्वया भद्रे लोकानां हितकाम्यया ।
तत्सर्वं सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि सावधानावधारय ॥ ३ ॥
Lord Śrī Śiva(Rudra) spoke thus – O Dear Pārvatī, you have asked an excellent and timely question that is in the greater interests and benefit of all souls suffering from karma. I shall reveal all the secrets to you. Please listen attentively.
1. Viniyogaḥ (विनियोगः) -
om̐ asya śrīṛṇaharamahāgaṇapatistotrasya ।
sadāśiva ṛṣiḥ ।
anuṣṭupchandaḥ ।
śrīṛṇahara mahāgaṇapatirdevatā ।
glaum̐ bījam ।
gaḥ śaktiḥ ।
gom̐ kīlakam ।
mama ṛṇanāśane jape viniyogaḥ ॥
ॐ अस्य श्रीऋणहरमहागणपतिस्तोत्रस्य ।
सदाशिव ऋषिः ।
अनुष्टुप्छन्दः ।
श्रीऋणहर महागणपतिर्देवता ।
ग्लौँ बीजम् ।
गः शक्तिः ।
गोँ कीलकम् ।
मम ऋणनाशने जपे विनियोगः ॥
Meaning - This prayer/mantra japa is to invoke Śrī Ṛṇahara Mahāgaṇapati in our heart, perform mantra japa to obtain His complete grace in getting rid of all debts as well invoking His grace in all aspects of life, including the four puruṣārthas – dharma (following own nature), artha (wealth), kāma (desires) and mokṣa (liberation) and all desires that one may seek from the Divine. The sage who visually saw this mantra (ṛṣiḥ) is Śrī Sadāśiva. The meter (chandas) for the mantra is Anuṣṭup of thirty-two syllables and its variations. The deity is Śrī Ṛṇahara Mahāgaṇapati devata. The seed (bījaṃ) is glaum̐, the power or śakti is gaḥ. The key (kīlaka) to pin the purpose of the mantra is gom̐.
By the grace and command of our guru and the guru lineage, we pledge to undertake the mantra japa in full earnest.

Touch the feet with the right ring finger and thumb joined together. |

Touch the navel area with the right ring finger and thumb joined together. |

फट् - करतलकर पृष्ठाभ्यां फट् । |
Open both the palms; run the opened palms of the right hand on the front and back sides of the left palm and repeat the same for the other palm. |

Thus ends the six-part Kara nyāsa. |
4.Ṣaḍāṅga nyāsaḥ (षडाङ्गन्यासः) -

Cross both the hands and touch both shoulders with the palms. |

namaḥ - netratrayāya vauṣaṭ । |
नमः - नेत्रत्रयाय वौषट् । |
Touch the eyes with the right index and ring fingers, with the middle finger touching the ājña cakra. |

phaṭ - astrāya phaṭ । |
फट् - अस्त्राय फट् । |
Open up the left palm and strike it three times with index and middle fingers of the right hand. |

7 |
iti ṣaḍaṅga nyāsaḥ ॥ |
इति षडङ्ग न्यासः ॥ |
Thus ends the six-part Ṣaḍāṅga nyāsa. |
bhūr-bhuva-ssuvarom-iti digbandhaḥ ॥
भूर्भुवस्सुवरोम् इति दिग्बन्धः ॥
Meaning: May the directions be charmed and bound, to prevent any external obstacles from the powers residing in the triads – the Earth, atmosphere and the heavens.
5. dhyānaṃ (ध्यानं) -
sindūravarṇaṃ dvibhujaṃ gaṇeśaṃ
lambodaraṃ padmadale niviṣṭam ।
brahmādidevaiḥ parisevyamānaṃ
siddhairyutaṃ taṃ praṇamāmi devam ॥ 1 ॥
pāśa-aṅkuśau danta jambū dadhānaḥ sphaṭikaprabhaḥ।
raktāṃśukaḥ gaṇapatiḥ mude syāt ṛṇamocakaḥ॥ 2 ॥
सिन्दूरवर्णं द्विभुजं गणेशं
लम्बोदरं पद्मदले निविष्टम् ।
ब्रह्मादिदेवैः परिसेव्यमानं
सिद्धैर्युतं तं प्रणमामि देवम् ॥ १ ॥
पाश-अङ्कुशौ दन्त जम्बू दधानः स्फटिकप्रभः।
रक्तांशुकः गणपतिः मुदे स्यात् ऋणमोचकः॥ २ ॥
Salutations to the Divine Lord Śrī Ṛṇahara Mahāgaṇapati who is saffron in complexion. He is two-armed and is the Lord of the sentient and insentient. He is pot-bellied and is seated on a lotus. He is duly worshipped by the Creator Brahmā, Preserver Viṣṇu, Destroyer Rudra, King of the celestials Indra and all other gods and goddesses. He is seated alongside His consort Siddhalakṣmī.
The large stomach signifies that He has the stomach to support the entire Creation within Himself and is also outside of it. The lotus seat denotes the evolution of our own consciousness with His presence at the root mūlādhāra cakra. He is verily the fulcrum of our spiritual ascension.
The Divine Mother Siddhalakṣmī fulfills every desire and accomplishes all tasks that we undertake. She bestows us with immense wealth lasting generations.
The second verse describes the four-armed Divine Lord Śrī Ṛṇahara Mahāgaṇapati holding a rope (pāśa), an elephant goad (aṅkuśa), His tusk (danta) and a black plum fruit (jambū) and is crystal clear in complexion. He is adorned in red garments and is the Lord who rids us of all debts permanently!
The rope Pāśa reins us in, when we stray away from the spiritual path and lose sight of the Lord. The elephant goad Aṅkuśa binds us to our true purpose of both material and spiritual fulfillment besides accumulating abundant good karma and virtues. The tusk danta denotes that He is the Supreme Lord and has no equal. The dark plum fruit jambū denotes His ability to reveal all secrets and make our life very comfortable. The crystal-clear complexion denotes that He is eternally pure and cannot be influenced or deluded by any cosmic virtual Māya. The red garments denote the Rajas tattva and the passion with which He acts and gets rid of all our karmic debts.

Hold the lower tip of the bottom phalange of the middle fingers of both hands with the upper tip of the thumbs. |

vam̐ amṛtātmikāyai naivedyam kalpayāmi namaḥ । |
वँ अमृतात्मिकायै नैवेद्यम् कल्पयामि नमः । |
Hold the lower tip of the bottom phalange of the ring fingers of both hands with the upper tip of the thumbs. |

sam̐ sarvātmikāyai karpūramiśrita tāmbūlādi sarvopacārān kalpayāmi namaḥ । |
सँ सर्वात्मिकायै कर्पूरमिश्रित ताम्बूलादि सर्वोपचारान् कल्पयामि नमः । |
Hold the fingers of each palm in a folded manner with the tips of the fingers of both hands touching each other and the thumbs facing the heart, in a Namaste position. |

Thus ends the Pañcapūjā. |
7. Atha stotram (अथ स्तोत्रम्) -
sṛṣṭyādau brahmaṇā samyak pūjitaḥ phalasiddhaye ।
sadaiva pārvatīputraḥ ṛṇanāśaṃ karotu me ॥ 1 ॥
सृष्ट्यादौ ब्रह्मणा सम्यक् पूजितः फलसिद्धये ।
सदैव पार्वतीपुत्रः ऋणनाशं करोतु मे ॥ १ ॥
The Creator Lord Brahmā prayed fervently and sought the guidance and blessings of Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, the son of the Divine Mother Pārvatī embodying Her essence, at the time of manifesting the Universe. O great Lord! May you please shower your complete blessings upon us and destroy all our financial and karmic debts at once and ensure that we remain debt free in our entire lifetime!
Excess desires to manifest material riches must be curbed and one must consider spiritual ascension as part of their life journey as well to reap the utmost benefits of this stotram.
tripurasyavadhāt pūrvaṃ śambhunā samyagarcitaḥ ।
sadaiva pārvatīputraḥ ṛṇanāśaṃ karotu me ॥ 2 ॥
त्रिपुरस्यवधात् पूर्वं शम्भुना सम्यगर्चितः ।
सदैव पार्वतीपुत्रः ऋणनाशं करोतु मे ॥ २ ॥
The Destroyer of the fort of Tripura Lord Śambhu, prudently sought your guidance and advice and worshipped you O Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, the son of the Divine Mother Pārvatī embodying Her essence. O great Lord! May you please shower your complete blessings upon us and destroy all our financial and karmic debts at once and ensure that we remain debt free in our entire lifetime!
Tripura denotes the triads and their destruction in the context of the subtle antaḥkaraṇa consisting of ego, intellect and mind, frees up the consciousness to ascend and realize itself!
hiraṇyakaśipvādīnāṃ vadhārte viṣṇunārcitaḥ । (hiraṇyakaśyapvādīnāṃ)
sadaiva pārvatīputraḥ ṛṇanāśaṃ karotu me ॥ 3 ॥
हिरण्यकशिप्वादीनां वधार्ते विष्णुनार्चितः । (हिरण्यकश्यप्वादीनां)
सदैव पार्वतीपुत्रः ऋणनाशं करोतु मे ॥ ३ ॥
The Preserver Lord Viṣṇu, prior to the slaying of the demonic asura Hiraṇyakaśipu, fervently worshipped you O Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, the son of the Divine Mother Pārvatī embodying Her essence! O great Lord! May you please shower your complete blessings upon us and destroy all our financial and karmic debts at once and ensure that we remain debt free in our entire lifetime!
The slaying of Hiraṇyakaśipu denotes the ending of tyrannical ego, arrogance and mindless materialism that will find its fate when the time comes. No power can withstand the justice meted out by righteousness in the end!
mahiṣasya vadhe devyā gaṇanāthaḥ prapūjitaḥ ।
sadaiva pārvatīputraḥ ṛṇanāśaṃ karotu me ॥ 4 ॥
महिषस्य वधे देव्या गणनाथः प्रपूजितः ।
सदैव पार्वतीपुत्रः ऋणनाशं करोतु मे ॥ ४ ॥
The Divine Mother Durgā Devi was able to slay the demonic asura Mahiṣa after duly worshipping you prior to the battle. O Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, you are the son of the Divine Mother Pārvatī embodying Her essence! O great Lord! May you please shower your complete blessings upon us and destroy all our financial and karmic debts at once and ensure that we remain debt free in our entire lifetime!
Mahiṣa denotes stubborn and sloth tendencies in us as well as uncontrolled desires arising out of an unregulated Rajas guṇa. Control over these tendencies is signified to avoid accruing unnecessary karmic debt.
tārakasya vadhāt pūrvaṃ kumāreṇa prapūjitaḥ ।
sadaiva pārvatīputraḥ ṛṇanāśaṃ karotu me ॥ 5 ॥
तारकस्य वधात् पूर्वं कुमारेण प्रपूजितः ।
सदैव पार्वतीपुत्रः ऋणनाशं करोतु मे ॥ ५ ॥
The Divine Lord Kumāra, the commander of all celestial armies, prayed to you with utmost sincerity to earn your grace before waging a battle and thus was able to slay the formidable Tārakāsura. O Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, you are the son of the Divine Mother Pārvatī embodying Her essence! O great Lord! May you please shower your complete blessings upon us and destroy all our financial and karmic debts at once and ensure that we remain debt free in our entire lifetime!
Tārakāsura denotes selfish and uncontrolled desires creating an imbalance in our material and spiritual pursuits. Control over these tendencies is signified to avoid accruing unnecessary karmic debt. The fourth primordial act of Tirodhāna or concealment/annihilation is subtly signified.
bhāskareṇa gaṇeśo hi pūjitaśca svasiddhaye। (pūjitaḥ chavisiddhaye)
sadaiva pārvatīputraḥ ṛṇanāśaṃ karotu me ॥ 6 ॥
भास्करेण गणेशो हि पूजितश्च स्वसिद्धये। (पूजितः छविसिद्धये)
सदैव पार्वतीपुत्रः ऋणनाशं करोतु मे ॥ ६ ॥
Lord Sūrya derives the power that drives the Sun to shine and spread light all over the solar system, has obtained the same with His utmost devotion and prayers offered to you O Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, the son of the Divine Mother Pārvatī embodying Her essence! O great Lord! May you please shower your complete blessings upon us and destroy all our financial and karmic debts at once and ensure that we remain debt free in our entire lifetime!
The wisdom of Savitṛ or Gāyatrī is signified. The fifth primordial act of Anugraha or revelation is also subtly signified.
śaśinā kāntivṛddhyarthaṃ pūjito gaṇanāyakaḥ ।
sadaiva pārvatīputraḥ ṛṇanāśaṃ karotu me ॥ 7 ॥
शशिना कान्तिवृद्ध्यर्थं पूजितो गणनायकः ।
सदैव पार्वतीपुत्रः ऋणनाशं करोतु मे ॥ ७ ॥
Lord Śaśi (Candra) derives the power to stimulate the Moon to shine its light upon Earth and modulate our minds. He is able to do the same owing to His utmost dedication and sincere worship of Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, the son of the Divine Mother Pārvatī embodying Her essence! O great Lord! May you please shower your complete blessings upon us and destroy all our financial and karmic debts at once and ensure that we remain debt free in our entire lifetime!
pālanāya ca tapasāṃ (mantrāṇāṃ) viśvāmitreṇa pūjitaḥ ।
sadaiva pārvatīputraḥ ṛṇanāśaṃ karotu me ॥ 8 ॥
पालनाय च तपसां (मन्त्राणां) विश्वामित्रेण पूजितः ।
सदैव पार्वतीपुत्रः ऋणनाशं करोतु मे ॥ ८ ॥
Renowned sage Viśvāmitra was able to perform severe penance and attain glory and eminence by worshipping you O Lord Śrī Mahāgaṇapati, the son of the Divine Mother Pārvatī embodying Her essence! O great Lord! May you please shower your complete blessings upon us and destroy all our financial and karmic debts at once and ensure that we remain debt free in our entire lifetime!
idaṃ ṛṇaharaṃ stotraṃ tīvradāridryanāśanam ।
ekavāraṃ paṭhennityaṃ varṣamekaṃ samāhitaḥ ॥ 9 ॥
इदं ऋणहरं स्तोत्रं तीव्रदारिद्र्यनाशनम् ।
एकवारं पठेन्नित्यं वर्षमेकं समाहितः ॥ ९ ॥
This debt vanquishing ṛṇahara stotraṃ has the utmost power to destroy abject poverty and miserable financial issues and debts. One must recite this stotram once a day for a year to achieve the stated results.
dāridryaṃ dāruṇaṃ tyaktvā kuberasamatāṃ vrajet ।
phaḍanto'yaṃ mahāmantraḥ sārdhapañcadaśākṣaraḥ ॥ 10 ॥
दारिद्र्यं दारुणं त्यक्त्वा कुबेरसमतां व्रजेत् ।
फडन्तोऽयं महामन्त्रः सार्धपञ्चदशाक्षरः ॥ १० ॥
[ dāridryaṃ dāruṇaṃ tyaktvā kuberasamatāṃ vrajet ॥
दारिद्र्यं दारुणं त्यक्त्वा कुबेरसमतां व्रजेत् ॥]
All types of miseries and poverty are vanquished and One becomes extremely wealthy comparable to Lord Kubera, the god of wealth. The famed fifteen and a half letter mantra ending in phaṭ contains the very essence of this stotram and grants the same benefits. It is suggested to recite the entire stotram followed by the repetition of the mantra a minimum of 108 times.
mantro yathā (मन्त्रो यथा) - The aforesaid mantra to be recited is on the first line –
om̐ gaṇeśa ṛṇaṃ chindhi vareṇyaṃ hum̐ namaḥ phaṭ ।
[phaḍanto'yaṃ mahāmantraḥ sārdhapañcadaśākṣaraḥ ।]
imaṃ mantraṃ paṭhedante tataśca śucibhāvanaḥ ॥ 11 ॥
ॐ गणेश ऋणं छिन्धि वरेण्यं हुँ नमः फट् ।
[फडन्तोऽयं महामन्त्रः सार्धपञ्चदशाक्षरः ।]
इमं मन्त्रं पठेदन्ते ततश्च शुचिभावनः ॥ ११ ॥
om̐ => The Tārā bīja (seed) mantra “om̐ (ॐ)” helps us navigate across the life cycle of life and death. It is also the Śabda Brahman representing auspiciousness. The bīja (seed) mantra om̐ (ॐ) consists of – a(vidyujjihvā) denoting awareness setting in like a thunderbolt strike dispelling the darkness and illuminating our consciousness. 'u'(kālavaktrā) denoting time and 'm'(mahākāla) denoting timelessness and at all times. ‘m̐’ => removes misery. Ushers in auspiciousness. It is also the cause of sṛṣṭi, sthiti and pralaya. The ingrained ‘ū’ within ‘o’ of ‘om̐’, represents Lord Sadāśiva, an aspect of Lord Śiva representing the act of Creation after complete Annihilation and the ‘m̐’ is nāda-bindu that dispels sorrow. The total signification is our complete transformation and re-birth into a spiritual entity.
Gaṇeśa => The Lord (īśa) of all gaṇas. Meaning, the Lord of all sentient and insentient. The involution of the Super-consciousness into the material realm manifests as Time - Tithi nityas, Energy as various forms of Gaṇeśa accompanied by His śaktis and sound in the form of the Mātṛkā śaktis denoting the basic sound syllables emerging from the vowels and consonants. The entirety is Mahāgaṇapati.
ṛṇaṃ => Debt in the form of financials loans and obligations, as well as more involved karmic bonds. The karmic debt is classified as follows –
- Deva ṛṇa (देव ऋण) – Debts owed to the deities who rule the entire universe and help sustain it. We look upon them to help us navigate through our karmic difficulties and thereby create a debt with them.
- Pitṛ ṛṇa (पितृ ऋण) – Debts owed to one’s mother, father and all motherly and fatherly figures who cared and lent their support in our times of need. The debt also scales up to all our ancestors to whom we owe or lineage and without whom we would not exist.
- Manuṣya ṛṇa (मनुष्य ऋण) – Our debt to humanity, maintaining harmony and carrying out our duties towards society and the well-being of others.
- Bhūta ṛṇa (भूत ऋण) – Our debt and gratitude to nature, vegetation and other living creatures who co-exist with us.
- Ṛṣi ṛṇa (ऋषि ऋण) – Our debt to all the wise sages and teachers who have bestowed knowledge upon us to progress and lead better lives.
Chindhi => To tear apart and destroy completely. The above referenced debt is to be completely erased.
Vareṇyaṃ => In the most intelligent and excellent manner.
hum̐ => The Kavaca bīja (seed) mantra “hum̐ (हुँ)” invokes protection from all harmful entities inimical to us. In the context of this mantra, it is for spiritual and material desires. Hum̐ (हुँ) consists of – ‘h’ => Brahman/śiva, ‘u’ => destruction of all fear and stillness within, ‘m̐’ => remove misery.
namaḥ => The hṛdaya bīja (seed) mantra “namaḥ (नमः)” refers to our salutations to the Divine and constitutes a bond that is nurtured in our heart. "The word 'namaḥ' is taught as the unfolding of its two syllables, 'na' and 'ma'. ‘Na’ for no, ‘ma’ for mind, which reveals the very essence of ‘salutation’, addressed to an entity declined in the dative case. The thoughtless state is indicated through this gesture by one who is perfectly immersed in it. 'Through salutation, I shall dissolve the mind.' This is the meaning."
phaṭ => The Astra bīja (seed) mantra “phaṭ (फट्)” is uttered to weaponize and ensure the complete destruction of all evil and misery.
One must recite this mantra sincerely and stay pure at heart at all times.
ekaviṃśati saṅkhyābhiḥ puraścaraṇamīritam (dainika kramaṃ īritaṃ) ।
[asyaiva ayuta saṃkhyābhiḥ puraścaraṇaṃ īritaṃ ॥]
sahasrāvartanātsamyak ṣaṇmāsaṃ priyatāṃ vrajet ॥ 12 ॥
एकविंशति सङ्ख्याभिः पुरश्चरणमीरितम् (दैनिक क्रमं ईरितं) ।
[अस्यैव अयुत संख्याभिः पुरश्चरणं ईरितं ॥]
सहस्रावर्तनात्सम्यक् षण्मासं प्रियतां व्रजेत् ॥ १२ ॥
One must strive to complete the “puraścaraṇa” procedure of this mantra for a count of 21,000 japa counts in a period of six months to become close to the Lord and earn His favor. A recommended count of at least 21 counts of the mantra is deemed necessary for those initiated into this mantra.
bṛhaspatisamo jñāne dhane dhanapatirbhavet ।
asyaivāyutasaṅkhyābhiḥ puraścaraṇamīritam ॥ 13 ॥
बृहस्पतिसमो ज्ञाने धने धनपतिर्भवेत् ।
अस्यैवायुतसङ्ख्याभिः पुरश्चरणमीरितम् ॥ १३ ॥
One who performs the puraścaraṇa with 210,000 japa count, will certainly become very knowledgeable and acquire wisdom comparable to that of the great sage Bṛhaspati, the guru of the celestials and the Lord of Jupiter. In addition, the devotee will also obtain immense wealth lasting several generations.
lakṣamāvartanātsamyagvāñchitaṃ (vakṣyāmi āvartanāt samyak) phalamāpnuyāt ।
[sahasrāvartanāt samyak ṣaṇmāsaṃ priyatāṃ vrajet ॥]
[bṛhaspati samo jñānī dhane dhanādhipati rbhavet ।]
bhūtapretapiśācānāṃ nāśanaṃ smṛtimātrataḥ ॥ 14 ॥
[idaṃ stotram mahatpuṇyaṃ sarvasantoṣakārakam ॥]
लक्षमावर्तनात्सम्यग्वाञ्छितं (वक्ष्यामि आवर्तनात् सम्यक्) फलमाप्नुयात् ।
[सहस्रावर्तनात् सम्यक् षण्मासं प्रियतां व्रजेत्॥]
[बृहस्पति समो ज्ञानी धने धनाधिपति र्भवेत् ।]
भूतप्रेतपिशाचानां नाशनं स्मृतिमात्रतः ॥ १४ ॥
[इदं स्तोत्रम् महत्पुण्यं सर्वसन्तोषकारकम् ॥]
One who performs the puraścaraṇa with 2,100,000 japa count going beyond the previous counts, will certainly obtain every single cherished desire and accomplish any task. They will be rid of all types of negative influences and no ghosts, goblins or negative spirits will ever bother them.
This stotram is considered most auspicious and effective in granting all types of comforts and happiness.
iti śrīkṛṣṇayāmalatantrāntargataṃ umāmaheśvara saṃvāde ṛṇaharagaṇapatistotraṃ sampūrṇam ।
इति श्रीकृष्णयामलतन्त्रान्तर्गतं उमामहेश्वर संवादे ऋणहरगणपतिस्तोत्रं सम्पूर्णम् ।
[Thus ends the Ṛṇahara Gaṇapati stotraṃ attributed to the Śrī Kṛṣṇa yāmala tantra recorded in a conversation between the Divine Mother Umā(Pārvatī) and Maheśvara(Rudra)].

Open up the left palm and strike it three times with index and middle fingers of the right hand. |

Thus ends the six-part Ṣaḍāṅga nyāsa. |
bhūr-bhuva-ssuvarom-iti digvimokaḥ ॥
भूर्भुवस्सुवरोम् इति दिग्विमोकः ॥
Meaning: May the directions get unlocked to allow ourselves to experience the grace from all the triads of the three realms.
9. Dhyānam (ध्यानम् ) -
sindūravarṇaṃ dvibhujaṃ gaṇeśaṃ
lambodaraṃ padmadale niviṣṭam ।
brahmādidevaiḥ parisevyamānaṃ
siddhairyutaṃ taṃ praṇamāmi devam ॥
सिन्दूरवर्णं द्विभुजं गणेशं
लम्बोदरं पद्मदले निविष्टम् ।
ब्रह्मादिदेवैः परिसेव्यमानं
सिद्धैर्युतं तं प्रणमामि देवम् ॥

Hold the fingers of each palm in a folded manner with the tips of the fingers of both hands touching each other and the thumbs facing the heart, in a Namaste position. |

11. Samarpaṇam (समर्पणम्) –
guhyādi guhya goptrītvam gṛhaṇāsmat kṛtaṃ japaṃ ।
siddhirbhavatu me devi tvat prasadān mayī sthirā ॥
गुह्यादि गुह्य गोप्त्रीत्वम् गृहणास्मत् कृतं जपं ।
सिद्धिर्भवतु मे देवि त्वत् प्रसदान् मयी स्थिरा ॥
Meaning: O Lord, you are the most hidden secret of all secrets. May these mantra japa counts performed by me, be offered to you in totality. Our prayers and hope, are that your grace shall remain with us always.
