Sometimes, there could be congestion in a particular psychic chakra. This does not mean physical congestion, but means only psychic congestion. Such congestion can be cleansed only with our mind and consciousness. Other so called cleaning methods are only hype in nature. Pranayama is one thing, that will surely cleanse the chakras. Meditation not only cleanses our chakras, but also purifies our mind consciousness. That is why, we feel lite after meditation.

Is it true that there gemstones and plants that clean our chakras or thats just a new age thing? If it's true which plants and gemstones are useful and how to use them? By the way, is it true that we can clean our chakras or the mere concept of "cleaning chakras" is a missunderstanding of chakras and the only way to clean them is by meditation and pranayama?

Dear Sir, I am new to this blog but i have doubt on Chandi navakshari mantra. I saw some book about nyasa about navakshari mantra will start wit Bramma Vishnu Maheshavara rashayaha, and so on. But hear mentioned different i am confusing which one i have to take.Sir Can you please clarify me

The considered opinion among some schools is that, an equal number of Bala mantras should be recited, when one performs Shri Pratyangira japa. The reason given is the Bala calms down the excess heat and energy that is generated by the ferocious Pratyangira. Both Shri Pratyangira and Shri Bala are the forms of the divine mother, but their energy levels are different. It is not necessary to recite the Bala mantras, but you may do so, if you wish to. It is definitely recommended for those facing adverse effects from the Shri Pratyangira japa.

Can I worship Pratyangira along with Bala? In my view there's no problem since both are the same (our mother goddes), but some people claim that some specific goddesses shouldn't be worshipped along with others as they get angry. what do you think?

It is best to worship Her after dinner and when the night sets in. Invoking Her will full faith and devotion will help in destroying all the karmas and internal tussles within us. Her Homam / fire ritual is considered best and most powerful, when performed on a new moon day. We will publish the Bala and Lalita Kavachams as well as Bala Sahasranama soon.
