Results are never guaranteed, even when properly initiated. What we have provided is a simple translation that we feel is accurate. It is very much possible that the translation could be wrong. I am not an expert in Sanskrit and am generally prone to errors. As always, please follow the guidance of your guru and not an online publication or a book. Tantra sādhana should never be performed without a proper initiation from a guru. This is my humble suggestion.

there is a very similar version that is started with "om aim hreem shreem ... (followed by above mantra). What is the difference in the usage of these two version of sri mahavarahi mantra ?

Guru, I think the mantra should be matangyai phat svaha. I never heard of matanginyai phat svaha, will it give results?

Sir, A srividya upasaka has told me that this ucchista ganapati sadhana is extremely dangerous and it was cursed ,Right now I'm unable to take initiation from a guru . How can I prevent myself from the negative effects of this sadhana? Please guide me

They are very similar in effect. Either of these initiated mantras can be deployed.
