1. As per point six (6) of your text, it was said that a vessel used for preparation of visesharghya patra is known as kaarana Kalasa. In fact, karana kalasa is a separate patra and used to keep naagara khanda (ginger pieces) mixed with saindhava lavanam. Patra used from karana kalasa is three eyed coconut shell as it represents lord siva. This is the reason why we do puja to this patra with pancha siva mantras.2. Ref: Point (7) of your text: For visheshargya patra it is better not to use copper vessel. We use milk with other ingredients as visesharghya. As per sastras, if we keep milk in a copper vessel that will be turned into (or equivalent to) intoxicated drink like wine etc. 3. In concluding para of your text, it was said that mudra means fingure gesture. Infact it is not fingure gesture. Mudra means some type of eatable made up of mamsa etc. ( I cannot explain you clearly. You have said about this in one of the discussion point in your web sites discussion forum- Pancha Tattvas)4.Actually, panchamakaras are not related to patras used in navavarana puja. Panchamakaras are ingredients used in preparation of various arghyas etc. This point I have dealt in one of the discussion point in your web sites discussion forum - Panch Tattvas.5. Shatpatras used are Vardhani kalasam, saamanyargyam, visesharghyam, kaarana kalasam, guru patra and aatma pata.6. Sub patras are: Shakti patra, bhogini patra, budhi patra.Total patras including sub patras are nine a symbolism for navavarana. (?)7. Bali patra is not considered separately though it will be used after maha naivedyam.

Lalita Sahasranama can be recited at any time. It is said that the best time for recitation of Lalita Sahasranama is Fridays and full moon days. Your timing of recitation is absolutely fine.

Due to time constraints, I chant lalitha sahasranamam on friday nights sometimes as late at 2 am... This is under the assumption that it is considered to be a Saturday post 4am and not 12 am. I hope that's okay? What time is usually the best to chant lalitha sahasranamam anyway? Thanks.

Ṛṣyādi nyāsaḥ ऋष्यादि न्यासःṛṣiḥ - open the right palm and touch the top of the head (i.e.place of sahasrara chakra). A rishi to mantra is drasta of that mantra i.e. he got darshan of that mantra devata and so he became the authority of that mantra. In other words we can say that he is like guru of that mantra. Gurumandala is at sahasrara and hence, top of the head where sahasrara placed should be touched.chandaḥ - bring right palm near to face; devatā - right palm on the heart chakraHalbhyo bījebhyo namaḥ1 | svarebhyaḥ śaktibhyo namaḥ2 | bindubhyo kīlakebhyo namaḥ31. Touch mooladhara chakra2. Touch swadhistana chakra3. Touch manipura chakraAbove nyasa as will ease the sadhaka to feel activation of base chakras. Once base chakras activated it will be easy to activate upper chakras. ii.4) 7 aṁ yaṁ raṁ laṁ baṁ śaṁ ṣaṁ saṁ haṁ ḻaṁ kṣaṁ aḥ karatalakarapṛṣṭhābhyāṁ namaḥ|7 aṁ yaṁ raṁ laṁ vam śaṁ ṣaṁ saṁ haṁ ḻaṁ kṣaṁ aḥ karatalakarapṛṣṭhābhyāṁ namaḥ|Above may be considered for hridayadi nyasa also.18.2) Bahirmātṛkānyāsaḥ बहिर्मातृकान्यासः (nyāsa on the external body parts)आं āṁ Mukhavrithae

01. bahirmātṛkānyāsaḥ बहिर्मातृकान्यासः 02. antarmātṛkānyāsaḥ अन्तर्मातृकान्यासःIn some texts, it is suggested to suffix “hamsah” after namah.om - aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ - aiṁ klīṁ sauḥ - aṁ - namaḥ hamsah. This is the case for bahirmatrukas only. In other cases it is not suggested. Probable reason behind this is as follows:Hamsa is ajapa mantra and refers to universal as well as individual spirit. Since, in this nyasa, the saadhaka will have to touch the prescribed external parts of the saadhakas gross body, chanting nyasa mantra including hamsa will convert the saadhaka’s external part into Siva consciousness (ham=siva, sa=pure consciousness). In antarmatrika nyasa, this is not required because Siva always in chitkala form in all creatures. The above method will help the saadhaka to identify him with Siva both externally and internally. 03. karaśuddhinyāsaḥ करशुद्धिन्यासःWe do commit some sins either knowingly or unknowingly with our hands. We are going to do bahyapuja with these hands. To clean these sins to perform the puja, one has to clean their hands. In sandhyavandanam, we do “jalapraasana” in which we clean all our sins committed through, manas, vaacha, hasta (kara) etc. Here, karasudhi also one of such act.05. caturāsananyāsaḥ चतुरासनन्यासःAatmanyasa is also known as devyaatmanyasa.06. bālāṣaḍaṅanyāsaḥ बालाषडङन्यासःAs saadhana moves forward from bala upaasana to sodasi upaasana, nyasa also moves forward from baala nyaasa to vaac nyasa, chakra nyasa, kaameswari nyaasa, moola mantra nyasa. Is it not symbolically representing transformation of saadhaka from bala to sodasi through nyasas? 11. saṁhāranyāsaḥ संहारन्यासः12. sṛṣṭinyāsaḥ सृष्टिन्यासः13. sthinyāsaḥ स्थिन्यासःThese nyasas will be done with prefix of – om aim hreem sreem (and) bija of maha sodasi mantra.14. laghuṣoḍhānyāsaḥ लघुषोढान्यासःLaghu means short.Apart from the nyasas discussed by Raviji, there are two more important nyasas to be performed. They are bahichakranyasa and antachakranyasa. These nyasas will be performed to identify the saadhaka with srichakra/srimata by placing presiding avarana chakra, presiding sidhi, presiding yogini with her specific bija in various external parts (bahichakranyasa) as well as internal chakras (antahchakranyasa). More importantly, in atahchakranyasa, sukshma chakra nyasa also will be done. After performing all these nyasas properly, the sadhaka will become siva/sakti himself.Nyasa worship says “dhyan dhyantr dhyeyarupa”….After completion of all nyasas, one has to do whole body nyasa with moola mantra. With this, nyasa part will be completed.
