Богдан. The 72 Names of God are to be recited in Hebrew. Each name is composed of 3 letters of the Hebrew alphabet and are like Bija Mantras, but they are so powerful that simply looking at the names written in Hebrew produces results. God here is called "YHVH". Do not think that this is an ordinary God, for these 4 letters reveal a God of the Supramental Plane with His Grace Shakti. I know this because I know Sanskrit (Mother of all languages) and Tamil (Father of all languages). I could only understand the full meaning of "YHVH" because I know Hinduism. This God works with Grace Shakti. 150 Psalms can be recited in any language and it will produce results. It is a more than perfect knowledge.

Namaste Tivraji. I am initiated into the 25 syllable Atmaraksha Pratyangira mantra. I would like to know from you how I can enhance my japa practice and get closer to this majestic form of Divine Mother. Could you help elucidate the proper method of worship of this Divine Form? Also if you could talk little bit about the rules to be followed by an Upasaka desirous of obtaining her blessings? I will not lie to you...in the beginning I was infatuated by her powers but as time passed and my japa progressed that infuatuation receded and I realised that my true success lies in pleasing her with my practice instead of looking out for powers and I became more responsible as a person. That is my aim now...to be able to please her and get her vision and darshan. Is that possible sir and if so what advise can you give me? Thank you.

Brazila sen. The Aruna Upanishad says: "One must attend to one's own physical body before one approaches the body of the Goddess which is Srichakra." Buy the book "Yoga and Kriya by Swami Satyananda Saraswati" and do the 36 months preparation contained in the book. After that, you will be able to enter Pratyahara, Dharana and Dhyana. Then your Mantra Japa will be true and millions of times more effective than now.

Tivra Ji, for the sake of all readers here please share more about the 150 psalms and the 72 names of God. You say the 72 names of god are the most ugra, please tell us more about why you say that. For many of us we are not wise enough to understand how the 72 names of god are as ugra as ma Kamakala kali or Ma pratyangira for example. Please enlighten us.

Namaste Tīvra Ji, If possible, please reply to my previous comment. ''Can You please tell us about the nature of Divine Mother Durga? If the full form of Durga is Guhyakali, which should be approached only with a Guru, then why is Durga worshipped by so many people, many of them without a Guru, without harming themselves? They approach Her through Bhakti and in Matri-Bhava. Does this mean that by worshiping Divine Mother Durga, partly all these people worship Guhyakali and she accepts their worship done with love? If the devotion to Durga is genuine, will the Divine Mother send a Guru to such people to teach them how to worship her full form or perhaps Supramental Yoga? Can You tell us more about Divine Mother Durga, there is a lot of superficial information on the Internet, and You have reached such a level in spiritual practice that You can ask this directly from the Divine Mother. Please lift the veil of secrecy about the nature of Divine Mother Durga.'' I will be very grateful for Your answer.
