Only sages have said through Upanishads that the soul is in the middle of heart chakra in a deep cave. Please read this article also to know more about soul https://www.manblunder.com/articlesview/atma-bodha-6

Thankyou Gurugaru. When sages during deep meditation recieve affirmation of Brahman, soul ,etc then why is it that the exact location of the soul in a human body is not correctly known.I'm sorry Gurugaru for asking such a question.

Soul is considered as masculine and Prakrti is considered as feminine. Unless they interact with each other, there will not creation at all. According to Upanishads, a soul is said ro reside in a deep cave in heart chakra. Some modern theories say that a soul resides in pineal gland at ajna chakra.

It is pranayama which helps a disturbed mind to a very great extent. Spiritual thoughts are those, when we think of Grandeur of Divine, Its Blessings, happiness and consequent Bliss that we experience. Visualizing a form of Divine and connecting to the form always helps with spiritual thoughts. Compassion, love, bhakti and surrender are some of the instances of spiritual thoughts. Positive affirmations such as this will happen, all is well, I am happy and everyone around me is happy are some of affirmations that we can make to our mind.

Going with the essence of Bhagavad Gita, we have to undergo both pleasures and pains of our karmic account. Neither astrological remedies nor homas will solve our problems. It is only the Grace of God that really counts and His Grace cannot be obtained by these remedial measures. His Grace can be attained only by surrendering to Him wholeheartedly.
