I am not sure about this mantra. To my knowledge, the mantra is not there in Mantramahdadhi and Mantramhārṇava. I have also checked in Dasamahāvidyā books. I will try to find out this mantra and will let you know.

The base mantra of Tripura which you have mentioned here is Mahāṣoḍaśī Mantra. To my knowledge, the other two mantras do not come under ṣoḍaśī mantra.
