Shambavi mudra for a long time is not good for retinal nerves. You can practice shmbhavi mudra in the beginning and then eyes should be brought back to normal state.

thank you ravi sir. Since this mantra is so secretavie and so auspicious, I referred purity of mind to having good conscience and I think the guru decides upon reading horoscope or looking at photo. As you have written in shiva shakti conversation, once who expereinces lot of difficulties will only choose spiritual path. so I asked you in those terms the pain of extreme miseries makes his or her karmic imprints has come to an end

Karmic imprints mean karma embedded in our body that remain to be experienced. Purity of the soul is not a relative term. A soul is always pure, as it is a minuscule form of Brahman, covered by maayaa. If karma is present, then we have to transmigrate several times. Karmic imprints have to be experienced and accumulation of karmas will stop only if we surrender to Brahman through our mind, intellect and ego.. One can get proper Shodashi initiation only if his or her karmic account is about to become nil. .

what does subject to karmic imprints mean. The one who gets initiated to shodashi mantra is of a very pure soul or one who is expereincing lot of difficulties in life to burn out all attached karma of past births. How should we understand this?

Yes, it is the most powerful mantra. Yes, this mantra is not only the source of creation, sustenance and absorption, but also provides material benefits. If you want to know the ultimate reality, we have to work only through our minds. Mentally reciting this mantra causes subtle vibrations in our body and awakens our Kundalini. Getting liberated in not in our hands; it is subject to our karmic imprints. However, it can be authentically said that one gets initiated into Maha Shodashi mantra, only if his or her karmic accounts permits.

I have read that Maha Sodasi is the most powerful of all mantras,it does not make a request or praise God,it is God purest expression. Is it true Guruji that it the the source of absolute power that creates, maintains and destroy the universe? And I have read also that is has all the powers of the DasaMaha Vidya encoded in it and guarantees Liberation in this Life itself.

It is better to have initiation, as Śrī Vidyā involves complex procedures. In addition to this, one should know the procedures of mantra japa, proper pronunciation, one's advancement in sādhana, etc. It is not just the mantra alone that matters. Evolution in spiritual path can be judged only by an experienced Guru.
