Sri Chakra consecration has been explained in this article.Detailed version of prāṇapratiṣṭhāIf regular worship is going to be done, then consecration is must. Though abhiṣeka is not necessary regularly, it must be done at least once in 15 days. āvaraṇa pūja is not necessary daily and it is also not possible. Combining several yantras as one is not at all acceptable and should never be worshiped like this. For internal worship, nothing is necessary. It is only visualization or identifying our body with the yantra. This is explained in Bhāvanopaniṣad. There is no consecration for internal worship.

Namaste,I am in the process of making panchaloha idols of Ashtabairavas for my Saiva peedam in my MhaMeru temple in Trivandrum.I have gathered the dhyana slokas and the pictures of 8 bairavas. It would be very helpful if you could share the seperate moola mantras with rishi, chandas,of 8 bairavas so that I can proceed to perform proper poojas and upasana.I am in Facebook as "sumeruviswam".if you are in FB kindly share your ID.I upload the temple activities in my timeline so that you may view them when you get time. This Temple for Srichakra is very unique and you might be able to share other informations also in future.Reply may be given to my e mail"sumeruviswam@yahoo.co.in"Thank you sir, viswanathan Iyer

Would you be able to please enlist out the Yantra consecration process in a separate article? A number of people procuring yantras are led to believe that they're fully consecrated and no further rituals are required on the part of the buyer. Some priests insist on performing regular abhishekams and others insist on regular avarana puja followed by mantra japa on the yantra. There is also an opinion on the placement of the yantras from a direction perspective based on the deity. Some vendors combine several yantras into a Sampurn yantra promising various benefits. However, from an Antarmukha/internal worship/meditation perspective, the yantra/mandala diagram itself, could be used as a tool for gaining greater focus and concentration, enhancing the meditation. How does the consecration play a role, when one is contemplating on a yantra internally in the mind? There is a lot of opinion and confusion related to Yantras and Mandalas. It would really be of great help to have more insight on this topic.

Is there any relationship between the Dasa Mahavidyas and the Nava Durgas? There is also the concept of the Sapta Matrikas (sometimes referred as Ashta Matrikas) related to the Divine Mother. If there is any connection, Please include them as well in the concluding chapter, if possible.

_/\_ Ravi sirWhy we need to recite the shapa vimochana mantra every time? What is the reason behind it to do every time i.e., why doesn't it works if we recite the curse removal mantra once in the life time? Apology for my ignorance.Regards,Sai

A yantra without proper consecration is not effective. Dormant energy of a yantra is to be activated by energizing it. This is only a simple procedure.

I know that each yantra must be energised through a special ritual, but do you mean a yantra is useless without that?As far as I know yantras are visual representations of cosmic powers spheres of influence and specific energies, so you should be able to enter into communion with any of them by concentrating upon its geometrical form. Please correct me if what I said above is wrong

It is not enough if only yantras are published. Then we have to go āvaraṇa pūjā, which will be very difficult to publish.

What about a yantra appropriate for worshipping this mahavidya, can you please indicate one ?Thank you.
