Thank for these precious instructions to worship Varahi! Can you please explain the difference between the 114 lettered Sri MahaVarahi Mantra and the 118 lettered Sri MahaVarahi Mantra? I understand that there is an additional "kuru kuru" in the 118 lettered mantra, but what is the significance? Jai Varahi Maa!

Both the 114 and 118 mantras are almost identical. The word 'kuru' is to 'act upon'. It is reiterated to request upon the Divine Mother Śrī Vārāhi to immediately act upon our concerns. Both mantras are meant for Śrī Vidya devotees to overcome hurdles in their life. Once all of these are silenced, the Mahāṣoḍaśī mantra is granted, at the discretion of the guru.

When you obtained the dīkṣa (initiation), normally it would be accompanied with the Viniyoga, nyāsa, dhyāna etc. I have practiced a similar mantra for Rājā śyāmala devi, which does not include the bīja-s that you have specified in the mantra. I will see if I can find this mantra and the corresponding procedure for it and publish it for you.

This is what we have posted. https://www.manblunder.com/articlesview/sri-raja-matangi-ekottarasataksara-mantra-japa The mantra you are referring to could be in Mātaṅgi Tantra or other associated Tantra and Mantra manuals. If we find it, we will post it. In the meantime, you may request the details from your dīkṣa guru as well.

My experience with this mantra: the mantra is so potent that by just reciting it 5-6 times the problems are solved and I feel happiness and relief. By meditating on her reciting at midnight I have already obtained immediate and drastic results. Even with little recitation. I am just an ordinary devotee. I cannot imagine the power of the devotee who completed the purascharana of her mantra. He obtains Ajna-Siddhi, whatever he commands will happen.

She is so compassionate that I just meditated on her 12 attributes and kavacham and she gave her darshan. She is very dark and intimidating, but the most compassionate. "Whether one is in unison with Śrī Vārāhī in Her devotion or not a devotee of Her, All one requires is a fixation on Her, to become completely liberated from all sins and worries." This is 100% true.

Last thing. Varahi energy makes me want to follow the right path. Even though things are terrible in my life, she brings this energy that everything will be okay, to continue following the path of good. In my opinion Varahi and Pratyangira are like sisters who defend the same values. The impression it gives is that Pratyangira assumes that you have met or should have met her sister before approaching her.

They are very similar in their power and invocation. Bagalāmukhī's aspect in Śrīvidyā is Vārāhī. It is to be noted that they are not exactly the same and Bagalāmukhī, Jvālāmukhī etc. are found in the Āvaraṇa krama of Śrī Lalita Tripura Sundarī.'

there is a very similar version that is started with "om aim hreem shreem ... (followed by above mantra). What is the difference in the usage of these two version of sri mahavarahi mantra ?

Śyāmalā is also the adviser of Vārāhi. If the mind (Śyāmalā) is still and controlled, the breath (Kāli) and the body (Vārāhi) will also be still. Vārāhi and Kāli will promptly grant Śyāmalā's request and will not put up obstacles or resist. Under these conditions, Kundalini wakes up. The Hatha-Yogi tries to tame Vārāhi, Kali and Śyāmalā by force. He suffers a lot and may not be able to fully reach his goal. The Yogi proficient in Tantra humbly and full of love asks for the help of Śyāmalā and bows respectfully before Kāli and Vārāhi, even receiving the Raja Mudrā of the Divine Mother Śyāmalā (the power to command all worlds, beings or whatever involve sound). He is an extremely powerful Yogi, but he has absolute respect, love and humility towards all deities. Similarly, the intelligent Yogi can approach Śyāmalā, Kāli and Vārāhi through Bagalamukhi. Divine Mother Bagalamukhi will speak with Kāli, then Kāli will speak with Vārāhi, then Vārāhi will speak with Śyāmalā. He will reach the same goal but by a different path (Bagalamukhi). Both choices are smart.

For a long time I spoke about the glories of Raja Śyāmalā. In the future I wish to talk about the glories of Mahā Vārāhi. Wherever Śrīcakra goes, Geyacakra follows. Wherever Geyacakra goes, Kiricakra follows. Lalitā is our soul endowed with all the powers of the Supreme God; Raja Śyāmalā is our mind; Mahā Vārāhi is our body. The devotee needs to take control of his mind (Śyāmalā) and his body (Vārāhi) to know his own soul (Lalitā). Śyāmalā and Vārāhi are inseparable. It is impossible to think of them separately. Śyāmalā is absolutely necessary to have the wisdom to deal with Vārāhi. You cannot drive an ultra powerful Ferrari (Vārāhi) without learning to drive first (Śyāmalā). And you cannot know Lalitā until you learn to value all her creations and purposes.

The closest Divine Mother to a person is Kāli (breath). She is your breath. If you pay attention to the movement of your breath for a long time, Kali will be happy. If Kāli is happy she will praise you for Vārāhi (your body). Vārāhi will be happy and will praise you to Śyāmalā (your mind). Śyāmalā will be happy and give you serenity of mind. All happy will bless you together. The result is the awakening of the Kundalini until it meets Lalitā. So Kāli is also a valid way to know Lalitā and her army.
