JC had earlier shared his experience on April 01, 2015,
which can be read in this link
Personal experience of
JC It has been 18 months since the Maha
Shodasi mantra went ajapa for me. I am now firmly in the Shiva
state. The state is indescribable and can only be experienced to
be truly understood. Ravi tells me that it can take up to 6 years
for the Shiva state to manifest after going ajapa. This post is
mainly for the benefit of those who are already in ajapa or for
those who, like me, have decided to continue Maha Shodasi mantra
even though they are in ajapa for spiritual benefits and to
remain close to Divine Mother. I started the purascharana in
September 2015 and have completed approximately 300,000
repetitions of the mantra and will complete a purascharana of
900,000 later this year. I plan on completing many purascharanas,
as I am 30 years old now and wish to see what mysteries the
mantra can unfold for me for the rest of my life. It has been a
miraculous journey so far and every day I count my many blessings
and know that I am in exalted company. Namaste to all.
Visions - At around the 100,000 mark of my japa, I began to
observe a purplish divine light at night time when I was around
traffic lights or the lights around cars. The light would change
position whenever I made eye contact and it seemed to dance and
move between other sources of light. Sometimes it would be a
dozen purple circles and other times red, or green or blue. The
light is sometimes small or other times resembling fireworks.
This light is Divine Mother and the sight is an ultimate
blessing. She appeared once in a doorway in dazzling red and
other times in the blazing sun She appeared as a light blue
figure. I started having these visions every few days and I have
even seen this light in my dreams. Sometimes it would be inside
my house and it always appears when least expected. I cannot
describe the wonder and awe upon seeing the dazzling light. It
has given me untold strength to continue my penance, knowing that
Divine Mother is with me and watching over me. As I continue my
japa, the visions occur nearly every day. If I drove my car at
night, I would almost certainly see the dazzling light of Divine
Mother all around me. In the future, and with Her blessings, I
hope to see Her light at all times. For those who decide to
continue Maha Shodasi japa, may She also bless you with Her
vision.
Desires - For those in ajapa, you will observe that
your desires and attachments for anything at all will gradually
dissolve. You will want nothing, long for nothing. The
transformation will be so complete that you will be content just
sitting by yourself, with a blank mind. Why bother doing anything
else? I do not care if I live or die. Past and future become
irrelevant, it is only the now that matters. It is difficult to
describe but one word would be detachment. You are detached under
all circumstances. Nothing matters. You simply exist and exhaust
your karmas. This will be a state that everyone in ajapa will
eventually experience. That is when all your samskaras or karmas
are destroyed and you reach Kaivalya, isolation. But you are not
truly alone, you are with one with the Brahman. To be free in
this state, you have accomplished the highest of human
endeavours. You will be going back to your home soon and our
originator, God, will be waiting for us as we will not
transmigrate again. If you read information on jivunmuktas, it
will be like it is describing your very self. But even reading
about spirituality is a desire that goes also, as is longing for
God. Experience this phenomenon yourself and you will arrive at
the same conclusion.
Nirvikalpa Samadhi - Over the duration
of my ajapa state in the last 18 months, the period of absolute
thoughtlessness has increased dramatically. This is first
observed in meditation where it is easy to see the state of your
mind, how long you can maintain the "no-thought" nirodha state
where there are no impressions in your consciousness. Those in
ajapa will notice the period of nirodha will increase until you
do not experience any thought whatsoever. This Samadhi will
follow you when you live like a normal person with your eyes
open. You will observe that it is rare that you have a thought at
all. When this has stabilised, you will spend most of your time
in Nirvikalpa Samadhi, where there are no thoughts, but you
remain permanently detached and eternally free. Then you are
meditating with your eyes open, in blessed thoughtlessness.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns or

Very great experience. Please consider my ignorance and kindly clear my following doubts.
"In Nirvikalpa Samadhi you have observed your thoughtfulness". Whether this observation is not a thought?
Further, what is the difference between Nirvikalpa samadhi and Savikalpa Samadhi?
Kindly clear my ignorance

In Nirvikalpa Samadhi, there is only your consciousness and observation. It is not a thought. You maintain this state most of the time.
My understanding is that Nirvikalpa is absolute thoughtlessness while in Savikalpa there are thoughts. You go between the two states, long periods of thoughtlessness and the occasional thought.

How a sadhaka know that he is in "nirvikalpa samadhi"?
In Savikalpa samadhi what will work?

Long periods of thoughtlessness is the only indicator that you are in Nirvikalpa Samadhi. Ravi has told me it is better not to try and analyze what state you are in and simply try to exist.
