It is suggested to practice the alternate nostril breathing techniques for a few minutes, to balance the breath in both nostrils and then recite the kavacam. Also, it is suggested to pause at the dhyāna śloka and contemplate upon Her form for a few minutes. This would help in obtaining deeper levels of concentration.

Dear Sir please comment on why bijam sakhti and kilkam is mentioned in the viniyoga and how it is used? is it just recitied only during viniyoga Or does it have any other application inside the stotra? It will be really helpful if you shed some light on this sir?

Dear Kaustav In another comment I said skill is essential Tantra. Talking about bījam̐, śaktiḥ and kīlakam̐ is a very deep and technical subject. But I will give you a superficial explanation. These three (bījam̐, śaktiḥ and kīlakam̐) form the mechanism for unlocking the potency of Mantra, Yantra, Tantra, Kavacha, Stotra. An example is Lalitā Sahasranāma, where Viniyoga implies that you have already recited and possess the power of Śrīvidyāpañcadaśākṣarī. Not all hymns have bījam̐, śaktiḥ and kīlakam̐, while others have only part of them. Another example: the very rare Mantra of Guhyakāli practiced by Rāma, to obtain the power to defeat Rāvaṇa (who also worshiped Guhyakāli) has no bījam̐. The Guhyakāli Mantra that Rāma used has only śaktiḥ and kīlakam̐, but why? Because this Mantra does not derive its power from any seed (bījam̐), for it is itself the original and creative power of the Divine Mother. Because this Mantra that produces the seeds. As I said before, it is a very deep subject. The Guru takes away all these doubts.

Can I do this kavach daily just for protection from maa? Or do I need guru diksha or something for it

It is meant for senior upāsakas and initiates of the Divine Mother Kālī. You can do regular pūja rituals till you find a guru who can initiate you into Kālī krama and take you further in your spiritual journey.
