Sarvamanokāmnasiddhikara śrī hanumat pañcakūṭa mahāmantraḥ
(सर्वमनोकाम्नसिद्धिकर श्री हनुमत् पञ्चकूट महामन्त्रः)

Initiation – Required.
Purpose – Fulfillment of all wishes, removal of all types of fear, misery, negative influences such as black magic, evil spirits, planetary ill-effects such as graha doṣas etc.
1. Viniyogaḥ (विनियोगः) -
asyaśrī hanumat pañcakūṭa mahāmantrasya ।
rāmacandra ṛṣiḥ ।
gāyatryai chandaḥ ।
kapīśvaro devatā ।
mama manobhīṣtha siddhyarthe vara siddhyarthe śrī-guror-anujñāyā mahāmantra jape viniyogaḥ ॥
अस्यश्री हनुमत् पञ्चकूट महामन्त्रस्य ।
रामचन्द्र ऋषिः ।
गायत्र्यै छन्दः ।
कपीश्वरो देवता ।
मम मनोभीष्थ सिद्ध्यर्थे वर सिद्ध्यर्थे श्रीगुरोरनुज्ञाया महामन्त्र जपे विनियोगः ॥
Meaning - This prayer/mantra japa is to invoke Śrī Hanuman in our heart, perform mantra japa to obtain His complete grace in all aspects, including the four puruṣārthas – dharma (following own nature), artha (wealth), kāma (desires) and mokṣa (liberation) and all desires that one may seek from the Divine. The sage who visually saw this mantra (ṛṣiḥ) is Śrī Rāmacandra. The meter (chandas) for the mantra is Gāyatrī of twenty-four syllables and its variations. The deity is Śrī Kapīśvara. By the grace and command of our guru and the guru lineage, we pledge to undertake the mantra japa in full earnest.

Open both the palms; run the opened palms of the right hand on the front and back sides of the left palm and repeat the same for the other palm. |

Cross both the hands and touch both shoulders with the palms. |

ह्सौँ सीताशोक विनाशाय - नेत्रत्रयाय वौषट् । |
Touch the eyes with the right index and ring fingers, with the middle finger touching the ājña cakra. |

hsphrem̐ hkhphrem̐ hsraum̐ hskhphrem̐ hsaum̐ laṅkāprāsāda bhañjanāya - astrāya phaṭ । |
ह्स्फ्रेँ ह्ख्फ्रेँ ह्स्रौँ ह्स्ख्फ्रेँ ह्सौँ लङ्काप्रासाद भञ्जनाय - अस्त्राय फट् । |
Open up the left palm and strike it three times with index and middle fingers of the right hand. |
7 |
iti ṣaḍaṅga nyāsaḥ ॥ |
इति षडङ्ग न्यासः ॥ |
Thus ends the six-part Ṣaḍāṅga nyāsa. |
bhūr-bhuva-ssuvarom-iti digbandhaḥ ॥
भूर्भुवस्सुवरोम् इति दिग्बन्धः ॥
Meaning: May the directions be charmed and bound, to prevent any external obstacles from the powers residing in the triads – the Earth, atmosphere and the heavens.
5.Dhyānam (ध्यानम् ) -
bālārkāyuta tejasaṃ tribhuvana prakṣobhakam sundaram sugrīvādi samasta vānara gaṇaiḥ saṃsevya pādāmbujam ।
nādenaiva samasta rākṣasa gaṇānsaṃtrāsayantam prabhum śrīmad-rāma-pādāmbuja-smṛti-ratam dhyāyāmi vātātmajam ॥
बालार्कायुत तेजसं त्रिभुवन प्रक्षोभकम् सुन्दरम् सुग्रीवादि समस्त वानर गणैः संसेव्य पादाम्बुजम् ।
नादेनैव समस्त राक्षस गणान्संत्रासयन्तम् प्रभुम् श्रीमद्रामपादाम्बुजस्मृतिरतम् ध्यायामि वातात्मजम् ॥
Meaning: Salutations to Lord Śrī Hanuman, possessing the luster of a rising sun and capable of shaking up the entire three realms with His strength and power. He is ably served by the humanoid-ape Vānara race bowing at His lotus feet along with their King Sugrīva. Praise be to Śrī Hanuman, whose roar alone is sufficient to terrorize all the demonic rākṣasas. Let us meditation upon Lord Śrī Hanuman, who is always immersed in the japa of Lord Śrī Rāma with focus on His holy lotus feet.
Remembering Lord Śrī Hanuman, is sufficient to drive away all negative influences, black magic, evil spirits and all types of misery. He renders auspiciousness, piety, prosperity, peace and contentment in abundance. His devotees will fear nothing and will face no dearth, misery, hunger etc.

vam̐ amṛtātmane naivedyam kalpayāmi namaḥ । |
वँ अमृतात्मने नैवेद्यम् कल्पयामि नमः । |
Hold the lower tip of the bottom phalange of the ring fingers of both hands with the upper tip of the thumbs. |

sam̐ sarvātmane karpūramiśrita tāmbūlādi sarvopacārān kalpayāmi namaḥ । |
सँ सर्वात्मने कर्पूरमिश्रित ताम्बूलादि सर्वोपचारान् कल्पयामि नमः । |
Hold the fingers of each palm in a folded manner with the tips of the fingers of both hands touching each other and the thumbs facing the heart, in a Namaste position. |

7.Mantraḥ (मन्त्रः) -
hsphrem̐ hkhphrem̐ hsraum̐ hskhphrem̐ hsaum̐ ॥
ह्स्फ्रेँ ह्ख्फ्रेँ ह्स्रौँ ह्स्ख्फ्रेँ ह्सौँ ॥
The 5 lettered Śrī Hanuman mantra should be recited at least 108 times. Initiation is essential.
Meaning -
This is a five syllabled mantra with all syllables representing bīja (seed) mantras. The parts of the main mantra including the bījas, are described below. –
- The bīja “hsphrem̐ (ह्स्फ्रेँ)” is a variation of the Ānanda bhairava bīja representing the following. The letter 'h' represents Vyomavaktra or Śiva signifying pure consciousness and the blissful static state of super-consiousness, 's' for Dhūmradhvaja or Śakti signifying the dynamic super-consciousness and action, 'ph' for Pralayāgni representing the fire of dissolution of all matter, 'r' for Kṣatajārūḍha signifying sentient beings with blood and flesh, 'e' for Ūrdhvakeśī signifying alertness and the pinnacle of fulfillment and awareness - Parātattva state of Paramaśiva, Nāda for Parā and the Vindu (m̐) for Duḥkhaharaṇa, meaning removal of all misery. Overall, this Ānanda bhairavī bīja, also called Khecarī bīja, represents the attainment of liberation for all sentient beings, rising above all the material and physical needs, dissolving them into the spiritual pursuits and ascending over mind and matter into the states of pure consciousness.
- The bīja “hkhphrem̐ (ह्ख्फ्रेँ)” is a variation of the Śakti-khecarī bīja khphrem̐ which is associated with the Yogini Ḍākinī, Siddhilakṣmī and Kālasaṅkarṣinī. The letter 'h' represents Vyomavaktra or Śiva signifying pure consciousness and the blissful static state of super-consiousness. The letter 'kh' is for vāraṇa signifying resistance, invincibility and prevention. It is also the Sadāśiva tattva, which is a combination of Śiva and Śakti manifesting in all the five natural elements constituting matter, 'ph' for pralayāgni representing the fire of dissolution of all matter, 'r' for Kṣatajārūḍha signifying sentient beings with blood and flesh, 'e' for Ūrdhvakeśī signifying alertness and the pinnacle of fulfillment and awareness - parātattva state of Paramaśiva, nāda for parā and the vindu (m̐) for Duḥkhaharaṇa, meaning removal of all misery. Overall, the bīja “khphrem̐” ensures the complete annihilation of all types of misery and paves the pathway towards tremendous success in both the material and spiritual realms. The gates to spiritual liberation are opened with this bīja.
- The bīja “hsraum̐ (ह्स्रौँ)” is the Vāgbhāva bīja of the Tripura Bhairavi Mantra and presents transformational knowledge. It consists of h(śiva) + s(candra) + r(repha, vahni) + au (sthita) + m̐ (nada-vindu). The letter ‘h’ represents Brahman/Śiva signifying auspiciousness, The bīja “s” represents the Divine Mother Śakti, who is the expansion, pulse or the vibration of the super-consciousness and the cause of the entire Creation, it’s Preservation and Destruction/Transformation and it’s repeat cycle, ‘r’ meaning fire and drive within us, ‘au’ meaning Sthita or stationary status and energy and the source of all power that helps us to succeed in all endeavors and ultimately ascend, ‘m̐’ is for removal of all miseries and facilitation of self-realization and ultimate liberation.

- The prasāda parā bīja (seed) mantra “hsaum̐ (ह्सौँ)” consists of - ‘h’, this bīja represents Lord Śiva, signifying purity, bliss and super-consciousness. The bīja ‘s’ represents the Divine Mother Śakti, who is the expansion, pulse or the vibration of the super-consciousness and the cause of the entire Creation, it’s Preservation and Destruction/Transformation and it’s repeat cycle, the bīja ‘au’ represents stillness and concentration. The bīja ‘m̐’ is for removal of all misery. This bīja leads us straight to self-realization and ultimate liberation.
Salutations to the highly revered Divine in the form of Śrī Hanuman (form of Lord Rudra Himself) the fulfiller of all our wishes.

11.Samarpaṇam (समर्पणम्) –
guhyādi guhya goptvātvam gṛhaṇāsmat kṛtaṃ japaṃ ।
siddhirbhavatu me deva tvat prasadān mayī sthirā ॥
गुह्यादि गुह्य गोप्त्वात्वम् गृहणास्मत् कृतं जपं ।
सिद्धिर्भवतु मे देव त्वत् प्रसदान् मयी स्थिरा ॥
Meaning: O Lord, you are the most hidden secret of all secrets. May these mantra japa counts performed by me, be offered to you in totality. Our prayers and hope, are that your grace shall remain with us always.

Namaskaram,the mantra of hkhphrem syllable should be replaced as khprem because i verified nearly three variations of mantra mahodadi texts the syllable is of khphrem instead of hkhphrem ,hope this helps.
